1. Eligibility

1.1. This guarantee is exclusively applicable to the first purchase made by new clients.

1.2. This offer applies only to orders with a total value not exceeding USD $200,000.

2. Shipping Window Agreement

2.1. The mutually agreed shipping window will be confirmed upon receipt of the final production schedule, including the cargo ready date, as provided by Kota Jati’s planning team.

3. Production Schedule Grace Period

3.1. Kota Jati allows a 7-day grace period beyond the agreed production schedule.

3.2. For the refund to be valid, delays must exceed this grace period.

4. Shipping Arrangements

4.1. The container loading date is subject to the availability of vessel space as determined by the Client’s nominated freight forwarder.

5. Validation Agreement

5.1. Both parties must sign a separate binding agreement to validate and enforce the terms and conditions of the refund guarantee.

5.2. Additional binding terms and conditions will be included in the signed validation agreement.

6. Exclusion of Guarantee

6.1. This guarantee does not apply to orders related to commercial or hospitality projects.

6.2. The guarantee is void if Kota Jati’s production timeline is impacted by any Force Majeure event, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government-imposed restrictions.

 

7. Client Obligations

7.1. The Client must provide all necessary approvals, specifications, and payments in accordance with agreed deadlines to facilitate timely delivery.

8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

8.1. Kota Jati reserves the right to update or revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to the Client.
