Kota Jati is renowned for crafting high-quality solid wood furniture for both indoor and outdoor spaces. However, our expertise goes beyond wood — we also specialize in producing fully powder-coated aluminium outdoor furniture, as well as hybrid designs that combine aluminium, teak, and rattan (both synthetic and natural) to meet diverse client needs.
To ensure our aluminium furniture meets global standards of excellence, we’ve invested heavily in state-of-the-art equipment and advanced manufacturing processes. Our facility is equipped with cutting-edge technology, including laser cutting and welding machines, MIG and TIG welders, and CNC pipe benders. We also utilize dedicated aluminium sanding machines for surface preparation and an in-house powder-coating line featuring an overhead conveyor system with washing stations, custom spray booths, and large chamber ovens for oversized pieces.
Our commitment to quality extends to the materials we use. We can source custom aluminium extrusions with a 2mm wall thickness and internal ribbing for enhanced strength and durability. This focus on precision and durability ensures our products stand out in a competitive global market.
In line with our mission to innovate and grow, we are expanding our metal department into a dedicated 1,000m² space currently under construction at the rear of our expansive factory. This new facility will further enhance our capacity to deliver premium aluminium furniture to our clients worldwide.
