Kota Jati proudly stands as Central Java’s premier furniture factory since 1988. For over three decades, we’ve been synonymous with excellence – crafting superior Teak, Mahogany, Sungkai, Mindi, Alumunium, Plywood, and MDF furniture. Our commitment to sustainability shines through in our plantation grown materials and recycling our offcuts to produce smaller products and fire our wood drying kilns.

Spanning just over 18 hectares, our factory buzzes with productivity, hosting 900-1000 skilled associates during peak seasons. From log storage to sawmilling and kiln drying, our in-house operations ensure efficiency and reliability.

Our material preparation department houses an array of machines, from traditional saws to cutting-edge CNC equipment like the Bacci Twin Jet 6+ axis CNC machining centre.

Optimized Production Planning and Efficient Inventory Control
The cornerstone of Kota Jati’s consistent on-time deliveries originates from our strategic inventory of raw materials, most notably Teak. We maintain a continuous inventory of 6-8 months’ worth of Teak logs and dried sawn boards, ensuring uninterrupted availability of our most sought-after raw material to initiate production promptly.
Complementing this, our specialized production planning and monitoring team fastidiously orchestrates every aspect of the manufacturing process. Along with the production department managers they adeptly steer the production crews, guaranteeing adherence to schedules once production commences, thereby fortifying our commitment to timely order fulfilment.
